REFUNDS + RETURNS 

We are currently not accepting returns or exchanges.

As LITTLE LOKAL predominantly sells products meant for infants, toddlers and kids, we must be extremely careful with returned merchandise. As a result, we do not resale any products that have been returned to us as we can’t account for where they have been, what they may or may not have been exposed to, etc. We do this to ensure that no child receives a product that might have contaminations, contain allergens (such as food or pet exposure) etc.

DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

ORDER ISSUES
We're human and we make mistakes too. – If there is an issue with you're order (missing or incorrect items), contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. 


Unfortunately, we cannot refund gift cards.

 

REFUNDS + STORE CREDIT
As a small business, if we are to make an exception and accept a return, we are unable to give refunds to your original payment method and instead will issue you (non-expiring) store credit.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent your information containing the details of your store credit app.

If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you still have not received your store credit, please contact.
